The OTF-980 is a versatile programmable optical tunable filter that enables independent tuning of both center wavelength and bandwidth across the C and L bands. It is built with innovative free-space optical components and ultra-fine tuning mechanisms to ensure precise filter control and flat-top passband performance.Three versions are available, offering different transmission bandwidths and slope characteristics. The Ultra-Narrow Plus version (0.05 to 3 nm bandwidth) achieves the steepest filter slope of 1000 dB/nm. An integrated power meter allows real-time monitoring of output power and features an automatic peak search function.With GPIB, Ethernet, and USB interfaces combined with an industry-standard SCPI command set, users can achieve complete remote control and automated measurement.
