Synchronous scrambler

Product Overview:N7785B is a high-speed synchronous scrambler. It contains a polarization controller and microcontroller-based drive circuit. The unit can operate in a variety of modes, such as synchronous scrambler, SOP switch, and conventional scrambler. As a synchronous scrambler, the device switches the SOP of the output signal in a (pseudo) random manner. The switching of the SOP occurs within a few microseconds. The SOP is stable for a predetermined time until it switches again to the new SOP.
