Pulse Generator and Expander Unit

The 41501B SMU and Pulse Generator Expander unit is available to augment the measurement capabilities of the 4155C and 4156C. The 41501B plugs into the rear of the 4155C/4156C, and its additional measurement resources are automatically recognized by the 4155C/4156C during boot-up.
