Product DescriptionThe Keithley 2500 series is a high-sensitivity LIV (light power - current - voltage) testing system built around a dual-channel optical power meter. It is specifically designed for the production and research and development of laser diodes, photodetectors, and optical communication devices. It integrates a ±100 V programmable bias source, a 1 fA resolution current meter, and a high-speed synchronous interface within a 2U narrow chassis, enabling parallel testing of key parameters such as dark current, responsivity, and threshold current at a rate of 1000 rdg/s.
