It enables easy execution of high-precision I/V (current vs voltage) measurements. By integrating 4-quadrant power supply and measurement capabilities, I/V measurements can be performed effortlessly and conveniently without the need to configure multiple instruments. With just one instrument, it offers a wide range of 210 V, 3 A DC/10.5 A pulse, minimizing the investment cost for users. The smallest 100 fA/100 nV measurement resolution can accurately characterize the measured component. The large 4.3-inch color display and various display modes, with intuitive operation, significantly enhance the efficiency of testing, debugging, and characterization.
